We live here in Puglia, rooted in the community and surrounded by families who have grown, harvested and preserved food for generations — many of whom we know personally.

These are not distant suppliers, but people we share tables with, learn from, and work alongside. Everything we offer comes from those relationships, built quietly over time and trust.
